SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

Ground Shipping
Orders received by 12:00 PM EST are shipped the same business day using our standard ground shipping service. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Express Shipping
Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders received by 2:00 PM EST are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via UPS to provide reliable service and competitive rates.

Please note that duties, customs fees, import taxes, and any other charges imposed by your destination country are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If an international shipment is refused, declined, or abandoned due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or any other reason, the order is not eligible for a full refund. Any refund issued will be less the original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and any carrier fees incurred as a result of the refused shipment. If the package is not returned to us, no refund will be issued.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package online.
